How does the process work, step by step?
With MyBrand, it’s simple: choose the products, packaging and labels that will make up your customized line. We’ll take care of printing the labels according to your specifications, and as soon as you approve them, we’ll move straight into production. Once your products are ready, they’ll be shipped to you so you can start offering them to your customers: fast, clear and hassle-free.
What is the minimum order quantity?
You can start with truly accessible order quantities: 6 units for each product under 1000 ml and just 1 unit for each 1000 ml product. This way, you can bring your product line to life without a large initial investment and grow gradually with us.
How long does everything take: production, labeling, and shipping?
From product selection to design, it takes an average of 1–3 business days. Production takes 3–5 business days, and as soon as your order is ready, we contact the courier for shipment. Collection usually takes place within 24 hours on business days, with delivery within 24–48 hours in Italy (up to 5 days within the EU). In around two weeks or less, you can have your customized product line ready to sell.
Delivery times may be extended if we need to recreate your logo in a format suitable for graphic design software, or if you choose to modify the existing templates or create your own custom design.
Are the formulas compliant with international standards as well?
MyBrand formulas are developed and manufactured in compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. For products marketed within the European Union, all regulatory requirements are also handled, including notification through the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP).
What additional costs should I consider (graphics, labels, transport)?
With MyBrand, the product price includes your choice of bottle and closure, as well as your choice from one of the available label templates.
Not included:
- Shipping costs: €15 for deliveries within Italy; costs for international deliveries are calculated separately.
- CPNP management fee: €8 for each product reference in each size, charged only the first time you purchase it.
- Cost of any graphic changes not included in the existing templates: €25 per product reference.
- Cost of custom label design, if required: €75 for the first product reference, €25 for each additional reference.
- Cost of vectorizing your existing logo, if required: €150 (only for customers who do not already have a vector file; the completed file will then be provided to the customer).
- Cost of product rendering, if required: €10 per product reference.

Why do some products have multiple uses?
Our thirty years of experience in the cosmetics industry have enabled us to develop products in our laboratories that can offer multiple uses within a single formula. The extracts carefully selected and incorporated into each formula are perfectly combined to ensure excellent results for each intended use. When purchasing, you can choose whether to have a specific use indicated on the label or to include all possible uses on the label.
This gives you the freedom to decide how specific your products will be and which target audience to address with your business.
How does the graphic design process work?
Once you have chosen the product, bottle and closure, you can decide which graphic design option to choose:
1- You can choose one of the available templates and customize it with the proposed colors and your preferred font. This does not involve any additional cost.
2- You can choose to create your own custom label from scratch. In this case, for an additional fee, you will receive 3 design proposals based on your instructions and you will be able to request 3 revisions of the proposal you choose.
